Export to your calendar
Pick the week your semester starts, download the calendar file, then import it into your calendar app. One import is all it takes.
- Open Google Calendar.
- Click the gear icon → Settings → Import & export.
- Choose the downloaded .ics file, pick a destination calendar.
- Click Import — done!
- Open the Calendar app (macOS or iOS).
- On macOS: File → Import → select the .ics file. On iOS: just tap the downloaded .ics file.
- Choose the destination calendar.
- Done!
- Sign in to Outlook on the web and open the calendar.
- In the toolbar: Open calendar → Upload from file.
- Select the downloaded .ics file.
- Done!
- Almost every calendar app imports .ics files (Thunderbird, Samsung Calendar, Proton Calendar…).
- Look for “Import”, “Add calendar file” or “Subscribe” and pick the downloaded file.
Good to know
- Each course becomes one event per week, so it works in every calendar app.
- Changed your schedule? Delete the old events before importing again, to avoid duplicates.
- Your schedule only lives in this browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere.
